1.With the joint efforts of all employees, the company's sales this month hit a new high this year, indicating that the production of Beijing Benz has returned to the pre-epidemic level, according to the production plan of Beijing Benz, it will increase productivity in the second half of this year, and it is hoped that all departments will unite and cooperate closely to ensure the normal production of Beijing Benz.

2.In order to meet the future challenges and achieve the sustainable development of the company, the general manager of the company organized a seminar on the company's business plan. At the meeting, the company's development direction was discussed, and a five-year development strategic plan was formulated, which provided a development basis for the company to formulate an annual business plan

3.In order to ensure the correctness and accuracy of the company's business decisions, the company has set up the "company strategic development planning group" headed by the general manager, and the "company business activities review team" headed by the financial control manager. The review team and the planning team were approved by the company's operating committee and the company's board of directors respectively, and officially started their work on April 20, 2020.

5.During COVID, we have gained certain competitive advantages in collaborative office, video conferencing, remote online work, etc., and the company's operation has been relatively small. To remain out of the fierce competition in the future, projects such as AI, robotics and cloud computing are the next strategic goals for us to increase market competitiveness

6.During the pandemic, the company was able to ensure the resumption of work and production on time, in addition to the active hard work of the majority of employees and system support, our emergency plan played an important role. Taking this as a reference, all departments of the company sorted out the relevant emergency plans, carried out new construction, supplemental optimization and standardization, and took precautions and prevented accidents.

7. Wuhan was locked down on January 23 and reopened on April 8. In this arduous battle against the "COVID", the people of Wuhan gave up their "small family" and paid a huge price for "everyone". Although spring has bloomed in April, Wuhan is still facing great difficulties in resuming work and production.
