In January, our production and operation were challenged like never before! The ongoing and global spread of the "Coronavirus" pandemic, especially in Europe, has had a huge impact on the production of our European suppliers and on our international shipments.    BBAC did not back down in the face of the epidemic and continued to increase production; European suppliers are unable to meet our orders, resulting in short loading of goods; The shipping company could not ship on time, resulting in a delay in the arrival of the goods. This grim situation and challenge of being attacked from the back is unprecedented.    Colleagues fighting on the front line are under tremendous pressure, sticking to their posts, seeking all possible ways to ensure production and supply. As employees in the rear, we can't stand on the front line to meet the challenge, what we can do is to do our own work and make every effort to give the best support to our front-line comrades!   We sincerely hope that all employees of the company will unite as one, work together, withstand the pressure and tide over the difficulties!    Although the company is facing huge challenges in maintaining production, it still insists on training and constantly improves its business ability and management level.

1. On November 13, the company invited 5 experts and professors from Beijing Wuzi University to the company for training and exchange of safety stock expertise. The experts fully affirmed our safety stock management and were willing to work with us to establish a safety inventory management model of CAIC Sunshine to further improve the company's safety production and lean management level.

2.On November 28, the company invited metal material management experts from well-known OEMs to conduct professional training on metal materials. The targeted training of experts is simple and easy to understand, so that everyone not only improves their professional knowledge, but also has a further understanding of the development of the automotive industry.

 

3.On January 19, the company's party organization and trade union visited the Shijingshan District Social Welfare Institute on behalf of the company, and they brought greetings from all employees of the company. The company will, as always, take social responsibility as its own responsibility and make every effort to promote the development of a harmonious society

4.With the continuous development of the company, the company's various management systems are also constantly optimized. In November, the company optimized the "Domestic Business Travel Reimbursement Management System" and "Employee Attendance System". The optimized two systems are more reasonable and more conducive to the healthy development of the company.

  1. According to the suggestions of employees, the company's human resources completed the research report on the optimization of the employee salary structure, completed the approval of the optimization plan in December, and officially implemented it on January 1, 2021.
  2. Human resources conducted face-to-face communication with all employees of the company according to the "Employee Job Evaluation System and Targeted Training Training System". Through job evaluation, the personal job quality, development planning and the company's job requirements and development are combined with each employee's personal job quality, development planning and the company's job requirements and development, and the post is re-determined, so as to truly make the best use of their talents and cultivate and develop talents with goals and purposes.
  3. In order to further improve the role and efficiency of employee performance appraisal, so as to find problems in time, improve in time, and reward and punish in time, the company decided to increase the frequency of employee performance appraisal, that is, to implement a monthly appraisal system. The trial began in the fourth quarter of 2020 and was officially implemented in January 2021. At the same time, the assessment base linked to performance appraisal is increased to improve the effect of incentives. The establishment and improvement of the company's various management systems are to escort the company's healthy development and stable production. It is hoped that each of our employees is not only the executor of the company's process system, but also the suggestion and supervisor of the establishment and optimization of the process system.
