Under the situation of unstable domestic and foreign environment and uncertain crises everywhere, the company has basically completed the operating target in first quarter of 2022.

1、Affected by the rotation of the epidemic control in many cities, the logistics team of BU1 overcame many difficulties with the full support of the Jinan employees of BU2 and project team, the BBAC supply guarantee task was successfully completed again. At the same time, the operation team of the BU1 worked together to solve the problem that Changchun supplier could not supply for BBAC with alternative idea , and ensured the production and operation of BBAC.

2、In addition to making every effort to maintain the business of CNHTC which is in a severe situation, Jinan team of BU2 changed their concept and invested all its energy to open up new markets. It is a great challenge of role change for the Jinan team from production and supply assurance to market development.They are not intimidated by the difficulties, worked together to conduct in-depth research on the market, strive for any opportunities that can be developed, and make contributions to the company.

The operation team of BU2, also responsible for the development of BU4, successfully exploring the Beijing commercial vehicle market in 2021, has successfully signed cooperation agreement with an important high-end commercial vehicle customer in Beijing. It is the struggle of the operation team of BU4 to expand the territory that makes the company's business scope continue to expand and the company's profitability continues to increase.

3、Led by the company's financial control, with the full cooperation of all departments, the company's 2022 business plan, budget and KPI of the departments were signed and released. The continuous improvement of the organic combination of the company's business plan, budget and KPI has made the company's management to a new level of systematic, lean and sustainable development.

4、In order to improve the management level of management team, the high-end training course of DMTP "E+ Manager" has been launched, the first module "Management Cognition" has been completed and has received good results. According to the training and transfer plan of DMTP "E+ Manager", each "manager" who participated in the training is actively preparing and hoping to transfer the modules they are responsible for.

 

 

5、In order to improve the service level of the company's comprehensive management,  comprehensive management department conducted a satisfaction survey to all employees of the company. Employees put forward pertinent suggestions for the company's comprehensive services which are the direction of the company's management services.

6、Project team conducted a comprehensive investigation and analysis of all the company's systems. According to the report and suggestions company decided to upgrade the company's network system,including PCMS system, SAP and other systems to improve the operational efficiency of the company's system.

With the completion of the first phase of the company's airport base, project team formulated the upgrading plan for the second phase of the project and began to implement it. The main direction of the second phase of upgrading and transformation is to enhance the core competitiveness of the airport base, and the main work is: upgrading and transformation of the constant temperature warehouse, the application of the bonded warehouse and the implementation of the bonded business, the improvement of the efficiency of the base operation network, the second phase of the TMS system project, the green environmental protection and low-carbon operation of the overall production environment and office environment of the base.

   The environment at home and abroad is still harsh, and we have a long way to go. Each member of us are looking forward to work hard and stable development in a turbulent environment.
