At the beginning of June, with the full resumption of production of BBAC, we also started an intense and orderly work to ensure production and supply.

 

1.In order to recover the loss of production caused by the epidemic control, BBAC has started the full-load operation mode of working on weekends, which has brought great challenges to the organization and production of Tianjin Airport Logistics Base where has not yet lifted the epidemic control.

  1.1.In order to ensure the material distribution of BBAC, the logistics department of BU1 actively adjusted the personnel arrangement, coordinated the employees in Beijing, Tianjin and Wuqing, and made an emergency plan for closed loop management to ensure supply for BBAC at any time. Through the joint efforts of all employees of the logistics department of BU1, the company completed the dual task of ensuring production and supply and epidemic prevention and control in June.

  1.2.Hereby special praise given to Song Chen and Zhao Shengxing, employees of the Logistics Department. Due to the temporary accident of transportation, the materials could not be delivered to BBAC on time. On learning the news Song Chen and Zhao Shengxing back to base at late night, urgently reissued the materials to ensure the needs of BBAC. This spirit of responsibility in the face of difficulties is worth learning from all of us.

  1.3. With the arrival of the rainy season, the logistics department of BU1 prepared epidemic prevention work of the base,and has established an emergency plan for flood control work for the base.

 

2. Under the extremely severe conditions of the market situation, BU4 with the professionalism and professionalism of its team, completed the development task in the first half of the year, making the company a supply chain service provider in the field of new power automobiles and contributing to the company's opening up of new markets.

 

3.According to the airport base upgrade project plan, the company's project team has completed the maintenance and opening of the fresh air system of the base's constant temperature warehouse, the TMS pole lifting project and the plant rainproof project, and the off-site ground hardening project is being tested and is expected to be completed in July.

4.The Company's robot project, electronic scale project and laboratory project have been launched, and the feasibility study report will be completed in July.

5.On June 6, the General Management Department introduced the company's seven major management systems to the management team and related employees, and formulated a timetable for the continuous improvement of the seven major systems. At the same time, all departments are required to continuously improve the quality management system according to their respective responsibilities. It is proposed that the establishment of a management system is like building a "church", which is the responsibility of all of us.

6.In our DMTP "E+ Manager" high-end training course, two managers Jin Jingjing and Guan Xing conducted the transfer training of "Effective Communication" and "Self-Management" modules respectively this month. Everyone has benefited a lot of these two modules, especially through the the "Self-Management" module, everyone has begun to redefine "who am I".
