1.On September 14, Wei Jianming, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Xicheng District People's Congress, led a team to visit the company to guide the work. Director Wei affirmed the company's professional, digital and systematic management, and expressed his gratitude to the company for its contribution to the territory, especially its social responsibility. 2.On the occasion of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, all party members of the company participated in the rotation training activities organized by the general party branch of the exhibition road street, and carried out serious study.

3.The company's system construction has completed the internal audit with the efforts of all departments, company's project team required to complete the rectification of the problems found in the internal audit before October 12. We expect that through everyone's continuous learning and continuous improvement of system management, we could show the perfect seven management systems of BASR in the system external audit from October 20th to 21st.

4. After discussion by the company's operation committee, the "construction plan for the first, second and third phases of the metal materials laboratory of the BASR Airport Base" submitted by the company's project team was approved. The construction of the BASR Laboratory is not only the need of the company's development strategy, but also a strong guarantee to enhance the core competitiveness of the BASR brand.

5.On September 23, the company's first "Share a Good Book" reading and sharing activity was held online in Beijing and Jinan. The sharing of every reader comes from the heart, has a profound meaning, and gives people strength. Wang Lina shared her thinking of reading "Cultural Journey": reading 10,000 books still requires 10,000 miles; Guan Yunjia shared her feelings of reading "Night Flight to the West": To be prepared for danger in times of peace, to get out of the safety zone, only by investing in it, will the clouds and fog disperse; Mr. Guan shared his insights from reading "The Way of University": all thoughts are causes, and what is received at the moment is the effect.
