In the first year after the end of the COVID, we achieved a good start to the company's operation.

   Operating metrics in the first quarter increased by 9%. The realization of this business indicator is the result of the joint efforts of all employees, which will further enhance the work confidence of all employees and further enhance the cohesion of the company.

    However, in the first quarter, we only achieved 80% of our business goals, which is far from our goals. This gap is both pressure and motivation. All our employees, especially the company's operation and development department, must go all out to enhance market awareness and customer thinking, strive to open up the market, chase our business goals, and make persistent efforts to move forward.

 

1.Friendly exchanges to broaden the width of the supply chain

   1.1、On March 2, the company's management and business department 3 visited HBIS Tangsteel Company, and the two sides had in-depth friendly exchanges. Tangsteel introduced the development history, strategic deployment, production capacity scale and market situation of the whole group, and gave a detailed introduction to the products produced; We introduced the company's corporate culture and business advantages to Tangsteel, and expressed our strong desire for win-win cooperation with Tangsteel. The two sides reached a consensus to jointly look for opportunities and establish a cooperative relationship.

 

 

   1.2、On March 29th, the executive manager of tkSE automotive steel business led a team to visit Tianjin Airport Base and had in-depth exchanges with the operation and logistics technology and quality team of the business department 1. The company extended a warm welcome to the visit of tkSE and his delegation, and explained in detail the work of the airport base and the company's development prospects. The tkSE team spoke highly of the development of BASR and expressed the desire to further strengthen cooperation. tkSE and BASR have been cooperating for nearly 15 years, and in 2023, the two sides will establish a more complete communication mechanism to seek deeper cooperation in all aspects.

 

 

   1.3、On March 30, leaders of NIO's purchasing department visited Tianjin Airport Base. Mr. Guan extended a warm welcome to the leaders of the purchasing department of NIO, and the logistics technical and quality personnel of the first division of the business introduced the various work processes of the airport base to the guests, and gave a detailed explanation of the constant temperature and humidity warehouse and TMS transportation management system of the airport base. NIO's leaders spoke highly of BASR's warehouse management, quality dismantling, quality control, receiving and shipping process, and transportation vehicle management, and put forward reasonable suggestions for aluminum coil labels. NIO hopes to cooperate with BASR in the field of products other than automotive steel as soon as possible, jointly expand the cooperation model in multiple fields, and give full play to the superior resources of both parties to enhance long-term and stable cooperation and win-win relationship.

   2.1、On the occasion of International Women's Day, the company organized a unique reading club, namely: "A romantic and bookish date with spring--- and Goddess Day reading and sharing activities".

    2.2、From March 14th to March 25th, the 5-day tour group building activity in Xishuangbanna organized by the company in two batches was successfully concluded.

Employees are looking forward to the first team building after the epidemic control and have made full preparations. 3.Base construction

   3.1、The thermal insulation renovation of the constant temperature warehouse in Area A of the airport base, the reconstruction of the constant temperature warehouse in Area B, and the laboratory construction project were successfully completed at the end of March as planned, and the laboratory equipment arrived one after another as planned.

4.Management improvement

   4.1、The company completed the preparation of the new quality manual and organized internal auditors to discuss and Xi. The company's internal audit team held several internal auditor meetings, and completed the rectification of the problems found in the internal audit before March 29. The company plans to conduct an external audit of the quality system on April 17.

   4.2、In order to attract high-end talents, the company has decided to give employees with overseas educational background (returnees) and employees who have obtained a master's degree certificate or above a degree reward to upgrade their salary to a higher level after one year of formal conversion and completion of the corresponding job rating.
