At the same time, it also puts forward higher requirements for us, hoping that we can develop the field of deep processing of metal materials and expand space for our expansion.
1.2.On October 19, 2023, the head of the South Korean C&M Purchasing Department and his team visited our airport base for guidance and had friendly business exchanges. C&M experts spoke highly of our systematic management and on-site quality management. They said that they have always thought that Japanese companies and Korean companies are models of factory management, and today they should deeply "introspect" after seeing the systematic management and on-site management of BASR. At the same time, he expressed his willingness to learn from us in systematic management Xi and expressed his desire for further business cooperation.

1.4.On October 27th, the leaders and experts of BBAC stamping factory visited our airport base for guidance. After a comprehensive understanding of the logistics management and quality dismantling inspection of BASR Airport Base, the BBAC team put forward higher requirements in terms of material inspection, release information sharing, timely response to workshop materials, and timeliness of problem solving materials. BASR thanked the leadership of BBAC for their guidance and made a timely improvement plan for the above three requirements.

On October 27th, Mitsui and Kobelco teams visited our airport base for a visit and exchange. They expressed their high appreciation and recognition for the management of our constant temperature warehouse and visual logistics control, and had a deeper understanding and cognition of the overall process of our company's cargo handling, dismantling and inspection, sampling, etc., and expressed their heartfelt thanks for our warm reception, hoping to have more opportunities to communicate and learn Xi with our newly established laboratory, and invited the BASR team to visit Kobelco.
2. Step outside , open up the market, and continue to learn
2.1.On October 20, the company's leaders led a team to the School of Logistics of Beijing Wuzi University to further strengthen school-enterprise cooperation for in-depth discussions, and at the same time carried out detailed planning on the special topics of procurement/logistics/technical quality management, college teachers to China Automobile Sunshine for temporary training, student Xi practice, enterprise training, joint scientific research and intelligent warehousing WMS system. Under the suggestion of President Jiang Xu, CAIC Sunshine is preparing the declaration of supply chain enterprises, so as to further improve the company's supply chain management level.
2.2.On October 18th and 20th, the operation team of the first business department went to the Dafu factory in Belgium and the Kenlian factory in France for a visit and Xi and had friendly exchanges. The factories expressed their high recognition and gratitude for BASR's services. At the same time, BASR expressed the hope that there will be more cooperation opportunities with Dafu in the construction aluminum project in the future, and that more and more extensive cooperation can be carried out in different fields and countries with Kenlian Aluminum on the new materials it has developed.
3.Management improvement
3.1. The first phase of the construction of the company's experimental center has been completed, the construction planning of the second phase of the salt spray laboratory has been completed, the market research of the test equipment has been completed, the bidding work will be completed at the end of November, and it is expected to be put into operation in mid-June 2024.
3.2.
In order to improve the company's mechanism of selecting, retaining and cultivating people, motivate employees and the company to work together and grow together, and enhance employees' sense of belonging, human resources has completed the equity incentive, striver salary incentive and manager car incentive plan, and the selection work has been completed this month. Human resources will submit the selection results to the company's performance appraisal team for review and then submit them to the company's operating committee for approval. It is believed that the three incentive mechanisms will definitely stimulate the enthusiasm of employees and help the company develop sustainably.
