1.Invite, exchange guidance, and constantly improve

1.1On December 7, 2023, the leaders of Mitsui and Kobelco and their teams visited our Tianjin Airport Base for a visit and exchange. The leaders of Mitsui and Kobelco spoke highly of our system management, warehouse management, quality dismantling and quality control, receiving and delivery process, transportation vehicle management and laboratory, and hoped that the two sides could have cooperation opportunities in new fields, give full play to the advantages of both sides, and create long-term stable and mutually beneficial win-win cooperation.

1.2On December 11, 2023, TAGAL leaders visited our airport base for a visit and exchange. While fully affirming our Tianjin Airport Base, the leaders of TAGAL put forward valuable suggestions on on-site management, laboratory management and increasing metal material processing business, fully communicated on the current delivery delays, shortage of material supply and other issues, and hoped to have more cooperation in product promotion.

1.3 On December 17, 2023, the tkSE technical quality team visited our Tianjin Airport Base for business exchanges. After the on-site inspection, the technical quality team of tkSE had a deeper understanding of the logistics management, dismantling and quality management of BASR Tianjin Airport Base and spoke highly of it. The tkSE technical quality team spoke highly of the test equipment and experimental capabilities of our central laboratory, and put forward suggestions for benchmarking between tkSE and BASR laboratories. BASR welcomes it and will work together to do so.

2.Go outside, open up the market, and keep learning

2.1On December 15, 2023, the team of our BU2 visited the purchasing department of Beiqi Foton Motor Co., Ltd., and the two sides introduced their basic business and development plans, and had in-depth exchanges on the next direction of cooperation.

2.2. On December 26, 2023, at the invitation of Anshan Iron and Steel, the company's leaders led a team to participate in the 2023 North China Region (Tianjin) Brand Customer Symposium organized by Anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. "Change to the New, Work Together for a Win-Win Situation", and the meeting conducted full exchanges on major topics such as "jointly exploring the industrial chain and supply chain ecology of coordinated development", "accelerating the formation of a new quality development force of the iron and steel industry", "deepening cooperative relations and expanding cooperation fields", "sharing development opportunities, and jointly writing a better future of cooperation and development". As a result of this meeting, the BU2 had a thorough exchange with different partners and identified some business opportunities.

3.Activity

In order to celebrate the arrival of the "Double Festival", a variety of cultural activities were organized at the company's airport base on December 22:

3.1The "post-90s" talk meeting has built a "stage for youth to fly freely" for the post-90s. At the meeting, the "post-90s" expressed their opinions and spoke enthusiastically, made their thoughts on their own mental journey and development planning, and also put forward many valuable suggestions for the future development of the company. For some very "sharp" questions, the company's leaders gave answers on the spot, and those who could not give clear answers instructed human resources to come up with solutions after further investigation. In the end, Mr. Guan quoted scriptures and classics to "don't take the good as small, don't take the evil as small", and discussed the three views, beliefs, etc., and hoped that everyone would read more, learn more, not complain, have confidence, and have a strong will to wear drops of water. The post-90s generation is the backbone of the company, the hope of the company, and the future of the company. 4.Management improvement

4.1According to the company's mechanism of selecting, retaining and cultivating people, after department recommendation, self-evaluation, 360-degree comprehensive evaluation, KPI team review, and operation meeting decision, the company selected the 2023 company strivers, 2023 company outstanding managers and the first batch of company investment partners.
