1.1. On October 29, 2024, the leaders and business teams of Mitsui & Co. (China) and Tianjin Kobelco were invited to visit our Tianjin Airport Base for visits and exchanges, and they visited the constant temperature and humidity warehouse, on-site dismantling and inspection services, TMS transportation management system, and the first phase of the central laboratory and the second phase of the salt spray corrosion laboratory.
Through this visit, the leaders of Mitsui & Co. (China) and Tianjin Kobelco expressed their high recognition of our company's all-round supply chain services, digital management platform and professional laboratory equipment. We look forward to cooperation in more areas in the future.
1.2. This month, the BU3 visited the sales department of CCAS (Tianjin), a long-term partner, to discuss the use of their respective advantages to continuously innovate the cooperation model and jointly develop the market.
2.1. Under the leadership of Song Jiaxing, the new person in charge, the project team of the base has comprehensively sorted out the leakages and remaining problems in the previous construction and solved them one by one, ensuring the normal operation of the base and the continuous improvement of management.
2.2. The CNAS certification of the company's central laboratory is progressing smoothly, it has passed a number of proficiency tests and obtained certificates, the coating thickness test has been completed and the data is submitted, and the internal audit and management review are planned to be completed in November, and the CNAS audit application is submitted in December, and the certificate is expected to be obtained in March-April 25.
3.1. On October 11, 2024, a seminar with the theme of "Looking to the Future, Creating Brilliance" was successfully held in Conference Room 416 of Beijing Headquarters. This seminar is a continuation and deepening of the seminars held on 26 July and 5 August, aiming to explore five core topics in depth, namely:
Upgrade of incentive mechanism: On the basis of various incentive mechanisms such as current performance, financing, and equity, it is proposed to optimize the KPI base and indicators, salary grade difference, and sense of welfare ceremony, so as to enhance employees' sense of belonging and happiness.
Clear strategic direction: The business leaders jointly proposed that on the basis of ensuring the main business, the development of other domestic supply chain services, overseas markets and laboratory business will be taken as a new strategic plan. Reshaping of mission: Manager Xiao proposed that the company's existing vision, mission, business philosophy and spirit are difficult to surpass. After analyzing the mission of the supply chain and overseas enterprises, the new mission of "Sunshine and Haoran, Building the Soul of the Dream Supply Chain" was proposed for discussion.
Internal Control and Internal Audit Mechanism: The company's compliance management department, which was established in early October, quickly put into work, and they emphasized that the company's management must be "controlled" first and "reviewed" later. They formulated an audit plan for the fourth quarter, starting with sorting out the responsibilities and work instructions of each position, and striving to deliver the first satisfaction of the audit work for the company

4.1. Swim in the ocean of knowledge and explore in the world of reading. On October 12, 2024, a unique reading sharing session was successfully held, adding a touch of rich color to the company's cultural atmosphere.
At the sharing meeting, the atmosphere was warm and warm. The participants sat together, immersed in the world of books, and shared their reading insights and experiences.
