1.Deepening business cooperation
1.1.On November 1, 2024, Mr. Guan Baodong, General Manager of BASR, and the company's operation team were invited to attend the 2024 BBAC Supplier Conference:
BASR and BBAC move forward hand in hand, and always adhere to the unremitting pursuit of high-quality supply chain development. The company realizes five-code integrated management through the SAP system, improves the visibility and agility of the supply chain through the self-developed TMS system, and establishes a laboratory with BBAC to strictly control the quality and promote the transformation of the service-oriented supply chain to the intelligent technology supply chain.
With unremitting efforts, BASR won the "Xingyao Gengxin Award" as a supplier of BBAC, which marks the fruitful results of the in-depth cooperation between the two parties and has also become an important milestone in the development of BASR.
Looking ahead, the company will continue to strengthen digital management and deepen the transformation of service-oriented supply chain to smart technology supply chain.
1.2. On November 28, 2024, Chen Wengui, senior manager of BBAC stamping factory, and his delegation visited our Tianjin airport base. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on topics such as production and supply assurance, transportation safety, digital construction and laboratory cooperation, and visited the on-site operation area, constant temperature warehouse, processing center and laboratory. Through this exchange, BBAC proposed the prospect of establishing a regular communication mechanism, strengthening laboratory cooperation, expanding processing business and improving emergency plans. 2.School-enterprise cooperation
2.1.On November 8, 2024, 76 teachers and students from the School of Logistics of Beijing Wuzi University visited our airport base for on-site study, providing valuable practical experience for students' career planning through an intuitive understanding of the logistics technology process.
3.Management improvement
3.1. With the rotation of important positions in October, the company hopes that the leaders of the business department will adapt to their roles as soon as possible, carry out their work, and show a new style in their respective positions.
3.2. In November 2024, the Financial Control Department launched the optimization of the 2025 budget, operation plan and KPI template, and provided strong support for the company's sustainable development through refined management and efficient use of resources, improving operational efficiency and market response speed.
3.3. In November 2024, the human resources department will evaluate all employees, comprehensively evaluate their performance and development potential, optimize and adjust personnel according to the evaluation results, and provide fair and just promotion channels for all employees.
