1.Business Dealings

1.1. On December 11 and 13, 2024, the leaders of the sales and quality department of Nanshan Aluminum visited our Beijing headquarters to conduct in-depth communication and determination on the follow-up process and claims of the BBAC project, and at the same time exchanged some extendable businesses, and looked forward to more cooperation.

1.2. On December 13, 2024, Pei Hongjiang, deputy general manager of HBIS Automotive Steel Co., Ltd., and his party visited our Tianjin Airport Base to visit and discuss cooperation. Mr. Pei and his team spoke highly of our company's all-round supply chain services, digital management platform and professional laboratory equipment, and the two sides conducted in-depth communication and exchanges on topics of common interest, and agreed to work together to achieve cooperation to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

1.3. On December 4, 2024, Zhang Yi, Sales Manager of Novelis, and Huang Linkai, Director of Anyue, visited our Tianjin Airport Base, and the two sides had in-depth exchanges on the iteration of Volkswagen's business and other business cooperation opportunities.

1.4. The business leaders of tkSE Beijing visited our headquarters in Beijing, fully communicated and exchanged ideas on the active promotion of thermoforming materials, and formulated the next work plan.

2.Safety production month

2.1. "Christmas", "New Year's Day" and "Spring Festival" are approaching. In order to ensure the successful conclusion of the company's 2024 and welcome the good start of 2025, the company has designated December 1, 2024 - February 25, 2025 as the "China Automotive Sunshine Safety Month", and established a "Safety Month" production safety management team to ensure the company's safe production.

2.2. On December 30, 2024, the relevant leaders of Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone (Airport) Customs visited our company in person, fully affirmed our company's corporate culture and hazardous chemicals management, and put forward management optimization suggestions for us on how to use preferential policies such as tax declaration in the region. We will study these policies in depth and seek to make the most of them.

3.Management Improvement Year

According to the company's mechanism of selecting, retaining and cultivating people, after department recommendation, self-evaluation, 360-degree comprehensive evaluation, KPI team review, combined with personal performance, the final decision of the operation meeting, the company selected the 2024 company striver award and special contribution award:

4.1.
