1.Business Dealings
1.1 Domestic Business
(1) February 20, 2025: Yan Tian, chairman of Hunan Nantong Group, visited our Tianjin airport base for business exchanges. Guan Baodong, general manager of the company, and the team warmly received them, and the two sides conducted a comprehensive and in-depth discussion on the establishment of the joint venture and other cooperation opportunities, which injected new impetus into the future win-win development of both parties.
(2) February 6, 2025: Employees of the BU2 and project team went to Hunan Jinci Factory for on-site inspection, and the two sides successfully completed the drafting of the tripartite warehousing agreement and the annual purchase and sales framework agreement after in-depth exchanges. At the same time, the annual purchase and sale framework agreement, business contract and integrity agreement with Hainan Valin were also successfully signed this month.
(3) February 7, 2025: The team of the BU3 visited Shanghai Anyue, and the two sides had an in-depth discussion on the current project and follow-up cooperation. This communication not only laid a solid foundation for future cooperation between the two sides.
